Default Picked up the New Trailer at the Factory in Georgia

Ok Freaks this deal has been in the works for about a month now.... it is a Hurricane Cargo 4 place sled trailer, it measures 8.5 x 28 including the 4 ft V nose and an extra 6 inches of roof height added so I can fit the Ranger 800 XP in it too, tows fairly well but there were high winds yesterday most of the way home... the Ford got between 9 and 10.5 mpgs on the trip... through the Mountains of North Carolina and Virginia it got the least flatter highway got me 10 plus running 70+ MPH most of the way.... if anybody wants info pm me and I can tell ya about the deal of the century lol lol

WTF, why is a brand new trailer all wrinkly like that did they forget to iron it after they washed it or is the sheeting that thin?

It's not about the miles, It's about the smiles

Trailer isn't a smooth side, all the screws make it look like that, I was like is that the way it is suppose to look like and then I looked at a bunch of others and they were all the same.... not only my trailer, others at the factory plus I went online and looked at different brands.... my Blizzard looked the same way just not as bad because it was a smooth side... but if it had screws it would look dam near the same.....

If I towed everywhere I went I would definately go with a bigger truck... I ride from my cabin whenever possible, actually fully loaded it will be less than the 150 is rated for to tow... even with 4 sleds most it will weigh is about 6000 lbs..... coming home I had the contents of my daughter's apartment in the back of the truck and I tell ya she had weight on her already lol lol it really didn't tow bad, wind was gusting and sometimes I got a little pushed around but not near as bad as the travel trailer I use to pull.... we will see how this one works out and if it doesn't then guess I have no choice than get a bigger truck lol lol hint hint lol lol

The Triton 5.4 V8 worked without a hitch, ran 70mph most of the time, plenty of power yeah the new 6.2 Ford would probably be better (a friend of mine towing a comparable weighted trailer F350 got 8-9mpg her last trip to Kentucky) or a Diesel, the Ecoboost forget it I don't care what they say it's still a V6 lol lol I am not at all upset with the performance I got with the 5.4... she has BAllzzzzzzzzzzzzz hahahaha and 3.55 L/S rear too I ran it mostly with the O/D off but once I got on Rt 95 which I new would be flat as a pancake I tried O/D and it ran fine..... I wouldn't do that in the Mountains though or loaded, I was empty....

I don't like how duellies perform in the snow.... seems to me that they slide around more than a single wheel, I have driven quite a few in my day that is just my take on them....
