Empire Bike/ Sled Shoot June 3rd Out.
The 12th Annual Bike & Sled Shootout will be held on Sunday, June 3, 2012. Be sure to save the date!!
Friday night June 1 st is TEST and TUNE. Gates open at 530 PM. Run run and run all night!!!
Saturday, June 2 will be the weekly BRACKET RACE. Gates will open at 1 PM with time trials starting at 2 PM. Eliminations begin at 6 PM OR you can test and tune all night!! We will be paying a guaranteed $300 to win in the bike/sled class!!!!
Sunday June 3 rd will be the Bike and Sled Shootout. The sled portion again this year will sponsored by and promoted Elite Motorsports. The gates open at 9:30 AM, with Time trials at 10:30 AM and eliminations will begin at 2:30 PM.
Once again, FAT GUY RACING (Jim Northrup) and Elite Motorsports will co sponsor the LARGE King of Empire trophy. This will go to the winner of the Bike vs Sled bracket winners run off.
The race is 1/4 mile. We can have a index class as long as we have a INDEX CLASS SPONSOR that will put up the payout for this class. Bob and I can not put up that prize money for that class.
