    Default Bar risers

My yamaha warrior is deffinately in need of risers, just not sure what size. Im 6'4, my older sled has a 2" riser and isnt too bad but I see most guys riding with 6-8" risers now. Am i better off going with something like that? Im assuming with a riser that big Im going to need new cables and brake line as well correct?

before you buy ... take the bolts off the "T" bracket hold the bars up as far as you can and have someone else measure... leeave lil slack ( obviously)..higher doesnt always mean better .. gotta be comfy .. i have huge risers on my cat .. and i had to lower them and raise my seat .. cause im a lil guy and wasn't comfy . .. i felt like i was driving a chopper with ape hangers ..lol.. and im used to driving racing jap bikes... high risers lOOk cool but if your gonna fatigue yourself out quicker that way ..then what good is it ?

sort of what I figured... After last weekend of finally getting out for a boys ride on that sled (normally i just ride this with the girlfriend) my big old legs get smashed by the bars non stop. Im used to sportbikes but if youre legs are in the way and you cant turn the bars tight youre not going to nail the turns. Thanks for the advice
