site crashing

I was wrong, it does it wether logged in or not.

This is the message I get

Assertion error.......Abort , Retry to debug
If I Abort, it locks up

when I retry
--A problem with this webpage has caused internet explorer to close and reopen tab. It will do this a few times then usually crash.


I have no other problems on any other websites.

Definitely something with Internet Explorer 8. Running on Firefox and no problems. I removed and reinstalled "8" and still the same thing. Maybe Andrea may have a clue?

The IE issues - does the error look something like what is on this page:

Assertion Failure: The assertion "g_pRasPortEnum" at line 1299 of the file

If so I would follow the instructions on that page.

If not if you can copy down the exact error and post it I'll see if I can't figure it out.

If you've installed IE 8 fresh it's possible it's still sharing the cache folder - but cookie problems would be more just logging you out - not crashing the browser.
